Q: What is the staff to child ratio at the facility?

A: There will be at least one adult to four children at all times.

Q: What ages of children do you accept?

A: We accept children starting from 3 months old to 5 years.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays. We offer before care starting from 7:00 a.m.

Q: Do you provide part-time or drop-in daycare?

A: We do provide part-time and drop-in daycare for enrolled families from ages 2 – 12 years. Such arrangements is subject to availability. Please call before dropping in your child and prepayment is necessary before drop-in. Rates for drop-ins are $120/ day, regardless of how many hours the child stays.

Q: Do you provide meals and snacks?

A: Snacks will be included in the tuition fee, and lunch will be offered at an additional cost. We will serve organic 1% milk at all meal and snack times.

Q: How do you communicate and update parents on the children’s progress in the facility?

A: We will take pictures and videos and upload them in an app which all families can download. We practice open communication with families, and parents can text or email us anytime. All non-urgent messages will be attended to within 24 hours. If there is further discussion needed regarding the child’s needs, we will arrange a time outside daycare hours to discuss. We do not offer live streaming of the children to their families while they are in the facility, as this may violate other families’ wishes to have their children monitored by other non-related families.
